2014 NFL Ohana Day

NFL fans at 2013 NFL Ohana DayBy Travis Furumoto

If you and your family are fans of the NFL, then this Saturday (January 25) is your chance to get autographs from your favorite NFL players at the 2014 NFL Ohana Day.

Held at Aloha Stadium, Ohana Day is a free, family-friendly event that takes place the day before the Pro Bowl game. Both Pro Bowl teams hold open practices for the public and at the end of each practice many players take the time to visit fans to sign autographs.

You can check out photos from last year’s Ohana Day here.

Time:

8:30am to approximately 11:30am

8:00am- Gates Open

9:00am- Team Sanders Practice

9:45am- Halftime Activities

10:30am- Team Rice Practice

11:15am- Game Entertainment Preview

Where to sit and beating the crowd:

Seating is usually on the Makai side of Aloha Stadium, in the Orange and Blue sections. Players enter and leave the field in the South endzone, so most fans cram into the south-Makai corner of the Orange section. Be sure to get there early if you want the first row.

There are also fan activities, contests, and a sneak peak at the Pro Bowl game entertainment (last year Train performed at Ohana Day).  It all makes for a fun morning for families and fans. As proud local sponsors of Ohana Day, we’re happy to be a part of a great family event.
