National Work Zone Awareness Week (NWZAW) 4/9/2018-4/13/2018is an annual spring campaign held at the start of construction season to encourage safe driving through highway work zones. The key message is for drivers to use extra caution in work zones.
This year's theme is-"Work Zone Safety: Everybody's Responsibility"
Go Orange Day is Wednesday, April 11.
Offices at A&B, GP, GPRM, GPRS employees across the state wore orange to proudly show their support of work zone safety. Go Orange Day and NWZAW is an important time to show our support for our family of roadway traffic safety professionals and, especially to the families of victims who have lost their lives in work zones.
