Each Smartstud® LED road marker consists of ten or twenty high-intensity LEDs. As such, in the sun, dark, fog or rain, they are visible from up to 2 km away.
The Smartstud® LED road marker is inductively powered and has no direct wire connections! The cable sits just below the road surface and power is transferred via the air gap. Consequently, the system is quick and cost-effective to install and run, as well as highly durable even in the heaviest of traffic conditions.
